I am trying to use CasperJS for testing a web app and my plan was to write
tests that drove the web api and then used the app's API to check the
results where recorded correctly.
So I was trying to make ajax requests from the test script: *not* within
the page context.
However, after several hours of trying they always fail:

Hi,
I've install casperjs through "$ npm install -g casperjs", I can see that casperjs and phantomjs were installed correctly.

I'm running CasperJS 1.0.0-RC6 and PhantomJS-1.7.0 on both OS X and Linux.
Due to how my infrastructure is designed, I'm invoking CasperJS as a library as opposed to using the casperjs script supplied within the bin directory.
I recently did an upgrade from CasperJS 1.0.0-RC1 to CasperJS 1.0.0-RC6 to take advantage of support for window.open(). Since the upgrade, I've had problems with reporting

Hello,
I found an issue with casper.click(). When it "clicks" on elements like , it seems it doesn't work : the function f() is not executed.
However, if I generate a click event my self with:
this.evaluate(function(){
var evt = document.createEvent("MouseEvents");
evt.initMouseEvent("click", true, true, window, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, false, false, false, false
Hi.
Attempting to extract/copy from a site:
The process is simple: use url1 to get the initial site, follow that, to
then get the 2nd site. However, a site is displayed, which needs to be
filled in, prior to getting to the actual site.
A check of (ff/livehttpheaders) indicates the process is using
cookies/javascript. When jscript is running in the browser, the site/url
functions, when jscript
