MySQL On 64 Bit Windows 7?

Although 74 bit Windows 7 is listed as supported [1], I do not see
such a binary listed on the download page [2]. Should one use the 32
bit installer on 64 bit Windows? Is the installer page sniffing my UA
(Firefox on Debian) and trying to guess as to the correct binary for
me? Am I looking in the wrong place?

I would imagine the installer is 32-bit only just so they don't have to
release two versions of it.
I'm sure it'll allow you to download the 64-bit version of the server
though.

install applications of a different architecture than itself.

When trying to build the solution on VS2010, I'm getting this error in the beginning: mongosrc hird_party un_if_newer.js(72, 9) WshShell.Exec: The system cannot find the file specified. Start up error saying the data/db dirs do not exist, to use the --dbpath arg when starting. The dirs exist. I tried also with --dbpath specified but same result. I'm assuming it's a write issue...all the dirs created are readonly and when I try to remove the readonly attribute to the dirs but it won't remove it. I tried via explorer and cmd line. I have found that under JRE 6 (haven't tested 7 for performance yet, for Tomcat than the client JVM does. However, I can only find a 64-bit server JVM for Java 7, while in Java 6, there was both a 32-bit and 64-bit server JVM. Is there a 32-bit server JVM for Java 7 that I'm just not seeing?
