Having problems getting the server started. First mysql_install_db reported
that resolveip can't resolve my servers host name (of cowa) bla bla bla but
this means I only have to use ip addresses in my grant stuff. Fine but the
problem is that mysql_safe --user=mysql starts then stops... that's about
it. No fanfare... not entries in the cowa.log file (except of course the
start and stop lines

the schedule db doesn't work…
How complicated is it going to be to get this to work with leveldb?
Is anyone actively working on this? I kind of painted myself into a corner
realized that this isn't going to work.
If it's being fixed… that's great. If not I might need to step in and

I have burned another 2 hours but got mysqld to run and have version
5 up and running! I'm now ready to get back to views.
To get things running I had to manually make a directory
/var/run/mysqld/ and then change the owner to mysql. I ran mysqld_safe
and it made a mysqld.pif and is now running.
None of the above is in the referance manual. It's no wonder very
few ever use mysql

I switched from CDH3 to CDH4 MRv1.
The mapreduce job I run uses an external library (BerkeleyDB) in reduce side
and it fails with UnsatisfiedLinkError giving an error message like the following.
FATAL org.apache.hadoop.mapred.Child: Error running child : java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no db_java-5.2 in java.library.path
The library is installed uneder /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.5.2/lib ,
i need to deactivate the server until bugs can be worked out.
httpd is not visible. httpd.conf is missing and no apache.exe

It worked good before yesterday.However it works slowly today without
any modify.
I has restarted the mongod and it still slowly when find operation.
Then I copied the database file to another folder and create a new
Mongod. I try to find operation from the new Mongod and it return
quickly.
The two database structure are exactly the same.

I get "feature blocked" today.
This app has NEVER worked on one of my phones except from smslog and
phonecalls logs. I tried several times to get videocaptures,
audiocaptures...while changing settings of my phone, etc... to unerstand
why it wasn't working.
Today I've got the message "feature blocked", what does it mean ? I can't
use it anymore ! not even on the phone it was working
