Stream All Audio Through Bluetooth

I currently use a bluetooth media receiver connected to my cars 3.5mm aux
jack to play music from my phone and it worsk great. I have chose this
method to keep wires to minimum and i can hde the receiver.
My question is, is it possible to use tasker to have all audio streamed to
the receiver?
More specifically calls?
Currently if im listing to music from my phone and get a call, the musc
stops (as youd expect) and the phone rings, but coming from the phone
speaker.
Likewise when i answer i can only use the phone ear piece?
What id like is when tasker chooses my 'car mode' to change it so all meadi
is played through the bluetooth --> and hence my car speakers, and the
phone will auto switch to handsfree, so i can hear via car speakers and not
have to pull over to return the call!
Possible?

Try "SoundAbout". My situation is a little different than yours. My
situation is that my phone connects to my car Bluetooth and I connect the
3.5mm jack to the auxiliary input to the radio with a stereo cable to
listen to audio books on my phone. When I get a call, I can hear the caller
but they could not hear me because my phone thinks I have a headset on.
Simply installing SoundAbout solved it. Now when I get a call, the audio
book pauses and the phone call goes through the Bluetooth connection. There
is a SoundAbout forum so you can get help there from the Developer and
other users.

You could use Tasker to start SoundAbout but I don't think you can kill it
without root. I just let it run automatically on my phone and haven't
noticed any issues with it.

Unfortunately, I don't think so. I'm in the situation and haven't found a
solution. In SoundAbout's play store description is specifically mentions:
"Phone call audio to Bluetoth A2DP(media) NOT allowed in Android."
So, presuming your receiver only has A2DP, it's not possible. There are
bluetooth receivers that have HSP/HFP, but the ones I've found require a
button push to connect each time you get in your car instead of being
triggered by power being applied. If you do come across any other info,
please post back.
Matt

Ah OK. Shame.
I can't find any app to do what I'd like.

FWIW - I have a blue tooth receiver in my car (Aircast) that requires the
button be pushed to connect. Bluetooth Autoconnect (available on the play
store) can initiate the connection through Tasker without having to press
the button.
